ESIC Registration

Any factory or business establishment having 10 or more than 10 employees has to register with the ESIC Act. ESIC contribution should be made for all employees having salary less than 21,000 per month. Following industries are required to get coverage under ESIC-

Factories employing 10 or more persons, whether or not their power is in use. Shops, hotels, restaurants. Cinema including preview theatre, roof motor transport undertaking and newspaper. Establishment employing 10/20 or more persons. Private medical and educational institutions employing 10/20 or more persons in some states. As per the requirement of the companies we visit the company for meeting and also for collection of documents from the companies.

2. Copy of Establishment Pan Number in case of Partnership & Pvt. Ltd. Firm
3. Copy of Employer's Pan Number
4. Copy of Office Rent Agreement
5. Copy of Office Electricity Bill
6. Copy of GST Certificate
7. Copy of 1 Scanned Canceled Cheque
8. Employement Strength

We provide C-11 (Registration Certificate under ESIC Act) and after successful registration the employee will be handed over the Login ID/Password.

We also provide the service of obtaining ESIC registration for those branches/units/locations which are referred to as subcodes in the ESIC Act. Subcode makes it easy to maintain ESIC data of employees as per their place of work/branch like generating separate challans, ESIC ID cards etc.

It is also helpful for employers and employees in dealing with ESIC local office/branch office near their work area. Both are not required to approach the ESIC branch office of the main unit / main code. The submission of all documents and correspondence can be done by the allotted ESIC branch offices.
